The buffet is a specially prepared menu by the Elk’s Chef Doug who trained at the Culinary Institute of America. Prime rib au jus, chicken cordon blue, roasted salmon, vegetables Napoleon, baked potatoes with all the toppings will be served.
After dinner, the Elks will open the wall between our dining room and the rest of the club and we can enjoy the band and dance until the wee hours!
