Join your fellow Coastal Cruisers Bicycle Club Members for our First Annual Holiday Party and very short Membership Meeting. The Membership Meeting will start sharply at 5:30PM and last approximately 15 minutes or less to be followed by a Holiday Party lasting two hours. 

Feel free to stop at the cash bar to pick up a drink prior to the business portion of the meeting.

To attend you must register and pay for the Holiday Party! 
Members may bring a guest but must register and pay for them in advance. 

Registration has been extended to this Thursday.

Registration must be made by 2:00PM, Thursday, December 5.
There are no exceptions!

The cost to attend the Holiday Party is $25.

Members who registered will be checked in at the entrance to the room and given a wristband. 
Members and nonmembers who attend the business portion of the evening and have not registered will be asked to leave after that is over. There will be no food available to be ordered at the bar.  The Holiday Party is limited to those that registered and paid in advance. There will be no registration and payment at the meeting.

The Elk's Lodge Chef Annie has prepared menu of heavy appetizers to be served and monitored by the Elks waitstaff. This is to insure that we have enough food for all in attendance. 

It will consist of the following:
Chicken Tender with dipping sauce
Beef Kabobs with teriyaki sauce
Stuffed Grape Leaves
Stuffed Mushrooms
Pigs in Blankets
Choice of three different sliders
Sweets for dessert

Full cash bar at the main bar
