Myakka River State Park Ride
About this event
Ride starts PROMPTLY at 9:00 AM.
Ride options available range from leisure at 10-12mph for 15 miles; 12-14mph for 24 miles; and then moderate (14/16 mph) to energetic (17+). There will be a SAG stop at Crane Park in Myakka City with Rest Rooms.
Admission to the park is $4.00 for a single driver and $6.00 per car up to 8 people.
Parking: after entering the main gate off of SR 72/Clark Road and paying admission, make an immediate right turn to park in the deep oval lot. Remember there is NO parking in the grassy center of the oval.
Bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy in the South Pavilion (reserved for CCBC) after the ride. Bring cookies to share, no alcohol allowed.
VOLUNTEER RIDE LEADERS AND SWEEPS NEEDED! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP WITH PARKING.
